Vince Crupi, Managing Partner
Vince brings over twenty years of industry experience and is a co-founder of Selling Point Solutions. Previously, Vince was the first Managing Partner at Diversified Communications Group, a three time Inc. 500 winner and one of the largest sales recruiting companies in the country. Vince also became the first to manage outside of Boston, managing the Chicago marketplace. He brings his wealth of experience recruiting in Chicago, his successful run as a top performing sales manager, and his drive to succeed. Prior to Diversified, Vince worked in the manufacturing industry. He is a graduate of Bentley College, with a degree in Business Management.

Eric Lemieux, Managing Partner
Eric has been in the sales recruiting industry since 1994. Prior to co-founding Selling Point Solutions, Eric was the first salesperson hired at Diversified Communications Group. He became Managing Partner focusing on the New England region. Eric was instrumental in helping Diversified become a dominant force in the Boston area. Prior to Diversified, Eric sold for Allnet Communications. He is a graduate of Salisbury State University, with a degree in Accounting.

John McGarry, Managing Partner
John has been in the executive search industry for the past twenty years. Prior to co-founding Selling Point Solutions, John was a Managing Partner at Diversified Communications Group where he started the Southeast division, building the territory and hiring a team of eight salespeople. He also was successful building relationships with some of the highest profile clients including Hewlett Packard, Sybase, Computer Associates, Sprint, and Ricoh. Prior to Diversified Communications, John started his career in the financial services industry. He is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Marketing.
